If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately while awaiting the remaining pre-order item(s).

And as we try our best to provide an exceptional shipping service, some factors are outside of our control, and issues like manufacturers' scheduling and shipping dates can change, and customs clearance delays may occasionally cause some pre-orders to be slightly delayed in arriving to us.

RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind on your purchase you can return items back to us within 14 days. We offer a credit note or exchange only. Credit notes will expire 1 year after the issue date and can be used in-store or online. We do not offer refunds.
For reasons of hygiene this policy excludes lingerie bodystocking items, swimwear, jewellery and sunglasses etc which are non-returnable. Items returned back to us after 14 days will not be accepted.
