START YOUR RETURN REQUEST BY ENTERING YOUR INFORMATION BELOW SO THAT WE CAN LOCATE YOUR ORDER

Effective 1st June 2023: If you have changed your mind on your purchase you can return items back to us within 14 days. We offer a credit note or exchange only. Credit notes will expire 1 year after the issue date and can be used in-store or online. We do not offer refunds. Please factor in delivery times when posting returns back to us as any item delivered back to us outside of the timeframe will not be accepted and you may lose your item.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases:

  • We cannot accept any returned items that are stained or marked in any way, including food, make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed
  • All items should be odourless, with no smells of body odour, fragrances or perfumes, food, washing detergent, fabric conditioner or cigarette smoke present
  • All online purchases to be returned with individual barcoded or branded packaging
  • All items must be returned with Sassy Luxe swing tags still attached, and tags not crumpled up, folded or tampered with in any way
  • Please ensure you try on footwear on carpet as we cannot accept returns footwear with soiled, scuffed or worn soles

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. At the time your return is processed we may need to order in the requested stock item if the size you require is not available. 

EXCLUSIONS

In store purchases are excluded from this policy. For reasons of hygiene this policy excludes etc which are non-returnable:

- Swimwear

- Jewellery

- Sunglasses

- Lingerie/bodystocking style items (if sealed packaging opened)

- Sample items which are heavily reduced to clear 

Any items that are returned to us out of time, in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered, self repaired and/or less than original condition may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

FAULTY MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and in the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. Due the nature of some of the faults, we may not always be able to evaluate and make a firm decision from photos provided, so we may request that you return items to us for a full inspection by us and/or the garment manufacturer. Faulty items will be considered for repair or like for like replacement only in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

RETURN BY POST

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will be sent a confirmation email with the return shipping guidelines once the return request is approved (please allow up to 24 hours for approval).

*Please note store purchases must be returned in-store

RETURN COSTS

All postage costs are at the expense of customer and are non refundable. Please make sure you receive a postage receipt and keep this safe until your return has been processed. We recommend returning your items via a service that provides a delivery confirmation or a tracking code as unfortunately we can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

RETURNS PROCESSING

For online returns please allow up to 14 days for these to be processed from the date of being received back by us, not from the date you sent it. We will inspect and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return within this timeframe. 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS / FAIR USE

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders and returns from customers at any time if we suspect that 

  • There is an unusual pattern of returns activity i.e. irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
  • Someone isn't just trying their items on, but using or wearing them for longer periods, then returning them
  • Returned items do not match what you ordered
  • Someone altered, laundered or intentionally damaged items 
  • Someone has conducted fraudulent or criminal activity on our website
