ORDERING

Ordering online from Sassy Luxe is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your bag at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Our goal is to be able to provide you with the means to purchase new outfits on a budget, so you can also buy now and pay later with Klarna or Clearpay.

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT time) are dispatched same day Monday - Friday. For more information on delivery timescales click here.

Unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalised.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Unfortunately changes cannot be made to orders which have been dispatched however you will have the option to return your items to us when they arrive. If you wish to cancel your order please email us immediately as you will not be able to cancel if it has already dispatched.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We sure do. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday - Frdiay for delivery the same day. Delivery will take place between 6pm-11pm by an independant courier Ona.deliver. Available within the UK only. (Excludes Sundays and Public or Bank Holidays).

We sure do. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday for delivery the next working day or before 12pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Available for delivery within the UK only. (Excludes Sundays and Public or Bank Holidays).

 

Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday - Friday for collection the same evening between 6pm and 8pm. Customers are required to bring a copy of their order confirmation email with them.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer. For more accurate information, please get in touch with your local customs office.

STOCK

Unfortunately we are unable to give specific restock dates, but if you head over to the required item(s) page, you can sign up for a restock notifications for your size. That way you will be automatically emailed as soon as it is restocked to the site.

As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match sizes in your country. Check out our size guide here to check this matches the size you have ordered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return your merchandise for any reason, you can do so with 14 days of receipt. For more information on returns please click here

If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to us along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

INFLUENCERS

Yes, we love to find new inspiring accounts to collaborate with. We will consider working with individuals with at least 10k genuine followers. Simply contact us with your Instagram @username, and we can take it from there. Due to the high volume of requests we will only get back to you if we feel that you are a fit for our brand.
