You can review the items in your bag at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

Unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalised.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Unfortunately changes cannot be made to orders which have been dispatched however you will have the option to return your items to us when they arrive. If you wish to cancel your order please email us immediately as you will not be able to cancel if it has already dispatched.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. This excludes Bank Holidays and we do not ship out on weekends.

We sure do. Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday - Friday for delivery the same day. Delivery will take place between 6pm-11pm by an independant courier Ona Deliver. Available within the UK only. (Excludes Sundays and Public or Bank Holidays).

Please check your tracking link for information on how to re-arrange or collect your package. Your order will usually be returned to sender (us) after several unsuccessful delivery attempts. You will be liable for any associated return shipping costs incurred. This will be deducted from your refund once we recieve the order back.
For international orders customs charges and import duties are applied once the parcel reaches it's destination country according to local laws. These charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you require more accurate information please get in touch with your local customs office.

Unfortunately we are unable to give specific restock dates, but if you head over to the required item(s) page, you can sign up for a restock notifications for your size. That way you will be automatically emailed as soon as it is restocked to the site.
As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match sizes in your country. Check out our size guide here to check this matches the size you have ordered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return your merchandise for any reason, you can do so with 14 days of receipt. You can arrange to return your items in a few simple steps by using our new paperless returns portal here.
All items must have all tags attached.
If you receive a faulty item, you can arrange a return, upload photo(s) of the fault along with a description of the fault encountered in a few simple steps by using our new paperless returns portal here. Once we receive your return request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Our new paperless Return Portal will not allow you to submit return requests beyond the specified 14 day period. If you have missed our return window due to having covid or having to isolate, these returns are handled manually and at our discretion. Please send us a screenshot of the self-isolation notification or test result on your phone to prove you were unable to leave your home.
