We've got your delivery covered as we deliver worldwide. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day (excludes Bank Holidays, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday's may not be processed until the next working day. During busy times such as sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to the increased demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service. 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day delivery is available to customers within a 45 mile radius of our location via our independent delivery partner Ona.Deliver. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered direct to you the very same day, between 6pm and 11pm (excludes Bank or Public Holidays). Simply select 'Same Day Delivery' at the checkout. Please ensure you have listed the correct telephone number at the checkout as the courier may telephone you in circumstances where the address is hard to find.

CLICK + COLLECT

Orders placed before 12pm will be available for collection the same day from between 6pm and 8pm. This service is available Monday to Friday. Simply select 'Click + Collect' on the delivery method page of the checkout. Customers are required to bring a copy of their order confirmation email with them.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon placing your order. Sassy Luxe is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because you have entered the incorrect address or moved address etc. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will typically issue a refund to the value of your item(s) minus the delivery costs. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders maybe subject to customs or import duties, which are levied once the package reaches it’s destination country. The recipient of the goods/the customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and import duty. Sassy Luxe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office prior to ordering for further information on this and any applicable charges.

COVID-19

Our website remains fully operational and we hope to keep disruptions to delivery times to a minimum. However due to the ongoing Coronavirus related measures and the surge in online shopping, all postal services globally are still facing slight delays.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the event that you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage.  

FRAUD PREVENTION

Shopify Is in built with a fraud detecting system and each order is analysed by a fraud detecting algorithm. In the event that your order is detected as fraud, or if your order is of a particularly high value, we may request you submit proof of ID before we can ship your order. Processing time for such orders is subject to delays pending these checks. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorised purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.

Please note your personal information and ID will not be shared with any other party other than your banking provider in the event of a chargeback.
