We've got your delivery covered as we deliver worldwide.


We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). During busy times such as sale periods, processing and deliveries may take slightly longer due to the increased demand. For guaranteed urgent delivery by a particular date we always recommend Next Day Delivery to avoid disappointment, especially around peak periods i.e Public/Bank holidays etc.

The below estimated processing and delivery times apply once the order has been placed (excludes pre-order items) and are only a guide. We accept no responsibility for any delays due to postal service disruptions, or customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service. All deliveries from 1st May 2022 will require a signature.


Same day delivery is available to customers within a 45 mile radius of our location (DY4 7HF) via our independent delivery partner Ona.Deliver. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday (excludes Public or Bank Holidays) will be delivered direct to you the very same day, anytime from 4pm up until 11pm. Simply select 'Same Day Delivery' at the checkout. Please ensure you have listed the correct phone number at the checkout as the courier will send you an sms text 1 hour prior to your delivery slot and may also need to phone you in circumstances where the address is hard to find.



Orders placed for Click + Collect will be available for collection in-store usually within 1 hour. Simply select 'Click + Collect' during checkout. Please only attend once you have received a pick up notification email that confirms your order is ready. Customers are required to bring a copy of this or the order confirmation email with them. You have up to 7 days to pick up Click + Collect orders. If you fail to pick up your order within 30 days the items will then be returned to stock and you will need to contact us for a refund.


Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon placing your order. Sassy Luxe is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because you have entered the incorrect address or moved address etc. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will typically issue a refund to the value of your item(s) minus the delivery costs. 


Pre-orders allow customers to secure new and/or highly demanded styles which are likely to sell out fast. The pre-order dispatch time varies (and does not include shipping time) please refer to individual product pages for more info. If there are any delays or changes to this date, customers will be notified via email. No further information will be available on pre-order items. International orders maybe subject to customs or import duties, which are levied once the package reaches it’s destination country. The recipient of the goods/the customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and import duty. Sassy Luxe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office prior to ordering for further information on this and any applicable charges. 

If you refuse any shipments from Sassy Luxe, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, import duty, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund due to be issued.


Our website remains fully operational and we hope to keep disruptions to delivery times to a minimum. However due to the ongoing Coronavirus related measures and the surge in online shopping, all postal services globally are still facing slight delays.


In the event that you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage.  


Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit as we have no control over this after we have shipped. However if your order is late, missing, lost or you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, please contact us in the first instance within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered. We reserve the right to request further information or evidence. We will only provide replacements or refunds, if and when the postal service or delivery company accepts the claim and agrees to compensate the loss following their full investigation. 

Claims for Next Day Delivery items where Royal Mail failed to deliver before the guaranteed time must be submitted by us within 14 days of posting. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are delayed as some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control.


Our website is in built with a fraud detecting system and each order is analysed by a fraud detecting algorithm. In the event that your order is detected as fraud, or if your order is of a particularly high value, we may request you submit proof of valid ID or proof of address before we can ship your order. Processing time for such orders is subject to delays pending these checks. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorised purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.

In some cases we may be required to disclose or share personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation to prevent fraud; Personal information and ID may be shared with the card holder banking provider in the event of a chargeback and with third party organisations (including law enforcement agencies), involved in fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction. Please note that these third parties may retain a record of the information that we provide to them for this purpose.
