Delivery Information

We've got your delivery covered as we ship worldwide. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed for shipping the same day (excludes Bank Holidays). During busy times such as sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to the increased demand.


We offer a UK next day delivery service for any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday's may not be processed for shipment until the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service. All deliveries are contactless so you will not need to sign for them and delivery person will ensure social distancing.


FREE same day delivery is available to our customers in Wolverhampton only. Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered direct to you the very same day, subject to availability. This service is available Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). Simply select 'Local Delivery' at the checkout. Please ensure you have listed the correct telephone number at the checkout as our courier may telephone you in circumstances where the address is hard to find.


Orders placed before 12pm will be available for collection the same day from between 6pm and 8pm. This service is available Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). Simply select 'Pick Up' on the delivery method page of the checkout. Customers are required to bring a copy of their receipt or their order number with them.


Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon placing your order. Sassy Luxe is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because you have entered the incorrect address or moved address etc. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will typically issue a refund to the value of your item(s) minus the delivery costs. 


International orders maybe subject to customs or import duties, which are levied once the package reaches it’s destination country. The recipient of the goods/the customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and import duty. Sassy Luxe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office prior to ordering for further information on this and any applicable charges.


Our website remains fully operational and we hope to keep disruptions to delivery times to a minimum. However due to the ongoing Coronavirus related measures and the surge in online shopping, all postal services globally are still facing slight delays.


In the event that you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage.  


Shopify Is in built with a fraud detecting system and each order is analysed by a fraud detecting algorithm. In the event that your order is detected as fraud, or if your order is of a particularly high value, we may request you submit proof of ID before we can ship your order. Processing time for such orders is subject to delays pending these checks. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorised purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.

Please note your personal information and ID will not be shared with any other party other than your banking provider in the event of a chargeback.
