We've got your delivery covered as we ship worldwide and deliver direct to your door! 


We do not ship out orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. 

If your order contains any pre-order items, please note that these items have a longer processing time of approximately 2-4 weeks to come into stock before being shipped.

As soon as the pre-order styles are in stock your order will be shipped in full. In some rare circumstances your pre-order items maybe shipped to you directly from our international manufacturers.


Please be assured we are actively following all government guidelines and taking all the necessary precautions as health and safety remains the top priority to protect our staff and customers.

Due to Covid-19 all postal services are still experiencing logistical delays during this time, please allow additional extra time for orders to arrive. Sassy Luxe is not responsible for the postal service and therefore cannot guarantee stated delivery timeframes or accept any liability due to delayed deliveries.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking or delivery confirmation code. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service. All deliveries are contactless so you will not need to sign for them and delivery person will ensure social distancing.


Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon placing your order. Sassy Luxe is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because you have entered the incorrect address or moved address etc. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will typically issue a refund to the value of your item(s) minus the delivery costs. 


In the event that you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage.  


If your order is of high value or suspicious nature we may request you submit proof of identity before we can process and ship your order. Processing time for such orders is subject to delays pending these checks. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorised purchases. Failure to comply can result in the cancellation of your order.
