MISSED DELIVERY
If you are not home to receive your order, or have not organised an alternative way to collect your package and it is returned back to us, we will notify you via email. If you wish to have your package re-sent, shipping costs will be payable by customer.
MISSING PARCELS
Sassy Luxe is not liable for lost parcels, or shipping delays. All parcels are sent with reputable shipping couriers, if you have enquiries on a missing parcel, or your parcel has been delayed, please be sure to check your tracking information first. If you still require support, get in touch via the contact page.
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Sassy Luxe is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs.
Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations.
If a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs. This means the fee will be deducted off your refund.

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and a further 7 days (UK) / 14 days (International) to get the item(s) back to us. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
We do NOT provide return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; excluding cases in which products are confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT
All returns will be reimbursed via Store Credit Only for the amount you paid for the item(s). Processing of returns may take up to 10 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and store credit amount. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used across the site. If items purchased are part paid with a gift card or store credit are returned, the credit will be reissued to the gift card or store credit first. Expiration dates will not reset or be extended.
EXCLUSIONS
For hygiene purposes underwear, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable.
Final Sale and Sample Sale items are non-returnable. Sale items include:
- Items with markdowns or promotional discounts.
- Items purchased with holiday or promotional codes (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, etc.).
SELF SERVE RETURNS
We’ve made the process simple! There’s no need to email us for return instructions. Just visit our RETURNS PORTAL to start your return.
Once your return has been processed through this link you will be given step-by-step instructions via email including our warehouse address to ship the return.
Strictly no dropping off returns in our warehouse. All returns must be completed through our online returns portal.
Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case our emails end up there!
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
- Have all Sassy Luxe swing tags and hygiene stickers still attached (not bent or crumpled).
- Be free of makeup, stains, tan marks, glitter, pet hair.

- All intimates, swimwear, bodysuits and sale items and not eligible for return.
If the items returned to us DO NOT meet our requirements, we have the right to reject your return request and you WILL NOT be reimbursed. From there you will be given the option for the garment to be shipped back to you, with shipping cost at your expense.
MISUSE
We reserve the right to decline any returns we believe are malicious, fraudulent or intended to cause loss or damage to Sassy Luxe. Excessive returns may also result in refusal of future returns. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted at this time. To replace an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
BUNDLES
For bundle purchases, all items within the bundle must be returned. If only part of the bundle is returned, the full price of any kept items will be charged.
FREE ITEMS / BOGOF
If a free item or “Buy One Get One Free” promotion was applied to your order, all items (including the free one) must be returned for the return to be processed.
REJECTED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
Packages that are refused or returned to us due to unpaid taxes, failed deliveries, or any other reason will incur return shipping and restocking fees, which will be deducted from your store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us team within 48 hours of receiving the item. When contacting Sassy Luxe concerning faulty items, please provide clear images of the fault(s).
Sassy Luxe prides itself on the quality of the garments we sell. We ensure each item is checked before being sent out.
