Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking or delivery confirmation code. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service.

You can return your items to us within 14 days of of receipt (excludes swimwear and sale items).
If you would like to swap your purchase for the same style in a different size or colour in the same style, CLICK HERE for a returns form and state you want an exchange and the size and colour you would like. Please include this form with your returned merchandise. If it is a completely different style you would like then please return your item for a refund. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial postage cost.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and must have all tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
