Returns Information

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase... wrong size? or changed your mind? You must send  your items back to us within 14 days of receipt (excludes swimwear and bodysuits) for them to be examined. We won’t accept any items delivered back to us after 14 days.


Follow these 3 easy steps...

Step 1: Inspect the item(s) you are returning and make sure they meet the below requirements

Step 2: Re-pack your item(s) in their original barcoded packages

Step 3: Fill out a 👉 returns form 👈 and include this form with your returned items

Step 4: Return your parcel and await an email confirmation of the return being processed


Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are

  • Stained or marked in any way, including food, make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed
  • All items to be returned with original barcoded packaging and must have any tags still attached, and tags not a crumpled up or folded

Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


All postage costs are at the expense of customer and are non refundable. We suggest using a service that provides delivery confirmation or tracking as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.


Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange ASAP, usually within 7 working days. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial postage cost. Please note it can take between 3-10 working days for the refund to clear back to your account, depending on the card issuer.  


In the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. Due the nature of some of the faults, we may not always be able to evaluate and make a firm decision from photos provided, so we may request that you return items to us for a full inspection by us and/or the garment manufacturer, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Sassy Luxe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
