DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING COVID-19 WE ARE EXTENDING OUR RETURNS PERIODS. ALL ORDERS (SUBJECT TO OUR RETURNS POLICY) CAN BE RETURNED UP TO 28 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase... wrong size? or changed your mind? No problem! You can return your item to us for a refund. Please note we DO NOT issue refunds on sale items.

Items must be retuned within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and must have all tags still attached.

A Returns Form can be downloaded and printed from here, please include this with your returned merchandise.

 

RETURN COSTS

All postage costs are at the expense of customer and are non refundable. We suggest using a trackable return service so your parcel can be easily tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect and notify you on the status of your return ASAP usually within 7 days. As soon as we have process your refund, you will receive and email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the refund the reach your account, depending on the card issuer. 

 

FAULTY MERCHANDISE

In the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
