Returns Information

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase... wrong size? or changed your mind? No problem! 

You can return your items to us within 14 days of of receipt (excludes swimwear and sale items). 

If you would like to swap your purchase for the same style in a different size or colour in the same style, please fill out a returns form and state you want an exchange and the size and colour you would like. Please include this form with your returned merchandise. If it is a completely different style you would like then please return your item for a refund. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial postage cost. 

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and must have all tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


All postage costs are at the expense of customer and are non refundable. We suggest using a service that provides delivery confirmation or tracking as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect and notify you on the status of your return ASAP usually within 7 working days. As soon as we have process your refund, you will receive and email notification. Please note it can take between 3-10 working days for the refund the reach your account, depending on the card issuer. 


In the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Sassy Luxe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
