Returns Information

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase... wrong size? or changed your mind? You must return your items back to us within 14 days of receipt (excludes swimwear and bodysuits) for them to be examined. Please note store purchases must be returned in-store. Sale items are strictly exchange only. 

For online purchases we won’t accept any items delivered back to us after 14 days so please factor in delivery times when sending anything back to us, otherwise we may not be able to refund you. 

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases:
  • We cannot accept any returned items that are stained or marked in any way, including food, make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed
  • All items should be odourless, with no smells of body odour, fragrances or perfumes, food, washing detergent, fabric conditioner or cigarette smoke present
  • All online purchases to be returned with original barcoded packaging
  • All items must be returned with Sassy Luxe swing tags still attached, and tags not crumpled up or folded
  • Please ensure you try on footwear on carpet as we cannot accept returns footwear with soiled, scuffed or worn soles

Any items that are returned to us out of time, in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


Follow these 3 easy steps...

Step 1: Inspect the item(s) you are returning and make sure they meet the below requirements

Step 2: Fold and re-pack your item(s) back into their original barcoded packages

Step 3: Fill out a 👉 returns form 👈 and include this form with your returned items (if you need a different size or colour of an item, just pop that on the form)

Step 4: Our return address is 55 Great Bridge Street, Great Bridge, West Bromwich, DY4 7HF

Step 5: Return your parcel and await an confirmation of the refund or exchange being processed 


All postage costs are at the expense of customer and are non refundable. We suggest using a service that provides delivery confirmation or tracking as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.


Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed from the date of being received back by us not from the date you send it. We will inspect and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within this timeframe. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial postage cost.


If you miss our return window due to having to self isolate or because you have covid, these returns are handled at our discretion. Please send us a screenshot of the self-isolation notification or test result on your phone to prove you were unable to leave your home.


In the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. Due the nature of some of the faults, we may not always be able to evaluate and make a firm decision from photos provided, so we may request that you return items to us for a full inspection by us and/or the garment manufacturer, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Sassy Luxe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time if we suspect or if we suspect that you 

  • Are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered
  • Have an irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
  • Have altered, laundered or intentionally damaged items 
  • Have conducted fraudulent or criminal activity on our website

Sassy Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
