Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking or delivery confirmation code. All orders will be delivered by your country’s local postal service.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains any pre-order items, please note that these items have a longer processing time of approximately 2-3 weeks to come into stock before being shipped out. If your order contains a mixture of ready to ship and pre-order items, we will send out the items we have in stock first. More information on pre-order's can be found here.
You must send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt (excludes swimwear and bodysuits) for them to be examined. We won’t accept any items delivered back to us after 14 days.
